I am restless. My whole life, since I could walk, I’ve been searching for ways to control my restless energy.
To learn how to use it to my advantage. And let me tell you I still don’t have a clue.
I’m better, yes. A summer in Jr. ROTC, and 17 years of GOJU Karate helped. My closet is beautifully organized –by color– and I can kick Shaq in the head,
if by some stroke of bad luck I find myself in a fight against that meta human.
I’m restless, but I’ve come to see the quality in being this way.
New York, the city that raised me, is restless and that makes it exciting.
My favorite artists, Gordon Parks, Kanye, and Stevie Wonder are restless.
Some of my favorite foods were once, restless.
I’m restless. It’s the energy that keeps me going round after round, chasing the creative solution to every problem.
Restlessness keeps me curious, and forever eager to break whatever mold I find myself in.
