I am restless. My whole life, since I could walk,
I’ve been searching for ways to control my restless energy.
To learn how to use it to my advantage.
Luckily, I found a way.

A summer in Jr. ROTC camp, a yoga certification, and 20+ years of Karate help.
I wake up at sunrise; my closet is beautifully organized by color (black) 
and I can kick Shaq in the head.
That joke made Kobe (🙏️) give me the illest side-eye.

I’m restless, but I’ve seen this as a superpower.
New York, the city that raised me, is restless, making it exciting.
 
My restless energy consistently keeps me going round after round,
searching for the creative solution to every business problem,
whether PR, Experiential, Social, a random one-off,
or creating an environment for my team to flourish.

I believe it’s this restless energy that fuels my curiosity
my passion for travel and
my desire to connect with all cultures.
It also drives me to be a better leader, mentor, teacher, and student.

I’m grateful for my restless energy,
It keeps me from being placed in a box professionally and constantly growing personally.
