Challenge: Celebrate the deep connection of Timberland and Hip Hop through their iconic yellow boot, on the 50th Anniversary of both.
Although Timberland understands its cultural cache and place in the world of hip-hop, there hasn’t been a full, mass-market campaign that shows appreciation and acknowledgement for the community from a brand perspective.
Solution: Launch a product, The Royal Hip Hop Royalty boot, that celebrates the legacy, and tap one of the hottest artists coming out of Brooklyn, Lola Brooke, to deliver the message that the culture will always defy definition.
